According to GulfBusiness.com Damac properties is offering a deal from now until February 2, 2014, where anyone purchasing a penthouse condominium will receive a brand new 691-horsepower Lamborghini Aventador. Prospective tenants looking to acquire other (lesser) luxury units would receive either a BMW or Mini Cooper.

The Dubai-based real estate company has previously offered similar incentives for purchasers of its luxury properties, before the financial crisis. Prior to 2008 and 2009, Damac offered vehicles to pull buyers in, but it ended up being one of the hardest hit during the down years. The company is apparently looking to make a strong comeback and is using the roughly $400,000, V12 supercar as quite a big carrot for some very well heeled buyers.
